At Priya Patil Studio, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and undergoes a thorough quality check before it is shipped to you.
Returns and Exchanges
All pieces are made-to-order and produced individually for each client. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on account of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and images carefully before completing a purchase. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. Approved cancellations are refunded in full. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is cut and constructed specifically for the client.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please write to us at info@priyapatil.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Our team will respond within 24 hours. Where a claim is verified, we will at our discretion repair the piece, replace it, or issue a full refund.Non-Delivery
If an order is not delivered within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy and cannot be traced by the courier, a full refund will be issued.Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days of approval. Refunds are made only to the original payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
